Coach Supervision offers a collaborative and reflective space that supports the whole coach — not just client work but also your development, wellbeing, and professional identity. It’s a place to pause, notice, and learn from experience, helping you stay resourced and effective in your practice.
My supervision approach is shaped by reflective practice, evidence-based insight and a strong commitment to the development of the coaching profession. Drawing on my experience across coaching, research supervision, quality assurance and editorial review, I provide a space for practitioners to explore the full spectrum of their work—strengths, challenges, successes and uncertainties. I offer challenge and support in equal measure, grounded, warm and focused on enabling thoughtful, intentional practice and personal development.
Through supervision, you can explore what’s happening in your coaching, in your clients, and in yourself. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or training to be a Coach, supervision provides a supportive environment to sustain your practice and your wellbeing.

Common areas explored:
Reflecting on practice – reviewing your work to deepen awareness and support ongoing development
Exploring challenges and dilemmas – thinking through complex situations to find ethical and effective responses
Recognising patterns and learning – identifying themes across your work to strengthen awareness and impact
Attending to the whole person – exploring how your personal experiences and beliefs shape your professional practice
Developing professional identity – growing confidence, clarity, and connection within the coaching profession
Navigating a coaching business – reflecting on growth, sustainability, and how you show up commercially with integrity
Exploring the wider system – considering the organisational, cultural, and social contexts that influence your coaching

Supervision Sessions
I offer an initial block of three sessions to establish our supervisory relationship and establish how best we can work together. After that, supervision continues on a session by session basis, with an agreed rhythm that suits your practice and developmental needs. While scheduling remains flexible, we’ll agree together on an anticipated number of sessions across the year (for example, every 6–8 weeks) to provide regular space for reflection and support ongoing professional growth and continuity.
Discounted rates for new coaches currently enrolled on a coaching training programme or who are within their first year of practice after certification/graduation are available.
Please contact me for more information or use the calendar to book in a time to set up a Supervision Introduction Call.
