As an experienced development coach I specialise in Personal, Professional and Academic Development Coaching, working with people who are interested in personal motivation and who are energised by challenge. My approach is fundamentally grounded in raising self-awareness of personal values and character strengths. I support clients to explore, reframe and make intentional choices based on values-based motivation that drive successful outcomes for both performance and overall wellbeing.
I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), a certified Association for Coaching (AC) Executive Coach from the University of Cambridge and hold an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (EMCC accredited). My work is informed by evidence-based research and I adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. I am also a Research Supervisor on the MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge and undertake my own research within the field of coaching psychology, with a particular focus on values, strengths and personal motivation.

My Background
I have worked for many years within Higher Education, gaining experience through a range of university management and quality assurance roles. I have also established a successful editing and mentoring business, working within academia, as well as with large corporate clients, small businesses and non-profit organisations.
Growing up in different countries instilled a strong sense of curiosity from a very early age. The opportunity to experience different continents and cultures has enabled me to learn first-hand the values of open-mindedness, flexibility, and non-judgment, gaining appreciation of both the differences and striking similarities between us all.
My coaching work naturally complements and extends all my previous experience and I enjoy offering a range of professional and personal coaching services with a strong focus on supporting positive change.
