As an experienced development coach I specialise in Personal, Professional and Academic Development Coaching, empowering individuals to set and achieve goals and improve performance. My approach is grounded in raising self-awareness of personal values and character strengths to gain new confidence in capabilities, resilience and resourcefulness. I support clients by creating a space to explore, overcome challenges, and create strategies that drive successful outcomes for both performance and overall wellbeing.
I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), a certified Association for Coaching (AC) Executive Coach from the University of Cambridge and hold an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (EMCC accredited). My work is informed by evidence-based research and I adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. I also undertake research within the field of coaching psychology, with a particular focus on strengths, values and personal motivation.

My Background
I have worked for many years within Higher Education, gaining experience through a range of university management and quality assurance roles. I have also established a successful editing and mentoring business, working within academia, as well as with large corporate clients, small businesses and non-profit organisations.
Growing up in different countries instilled a strong sense of curiosity from a very early age. The opportunity to experience different continents and cultures has enabled me to learn first-hand the values of open-mindedness, flexibility, and non-judgment, gaining appreciation of both the differences and striking similarities between us all.
My coaching work naturally complements and extends all my previous experience and I enjoy offering a range of professional and personal coaching services with a strong focus on supporting positive change.
