I offer coaching, mentoring, and supervision for people who want space to think about their work, learning, and life. My clients include professionals, leaders, academics, and students — people navigating questions of direction and change, and who are motivated by growth and energised by challenge. This work is conversational and reflective rather than prescriptive: an opportunity to pause, notice, and develop in a way that fits who you are.
My approach is fundamentally grounded in the belief that development begins with awareness — noticing what drives and sustains us. I work to support clients to explore, reframe and make intentional choices based on values-based motivation that drives successful outcomes for both professional performance and personal wellbeing.
I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), a certified Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC) through the University of Cambridge and hold an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (EMCC accredited). I am also a certified Coach Supervisor, working with a range of coaches on their own personal and professional development, and a Research Supervisor on the MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. I undertake my own research within the field of coaching psychology, with a particular focus on values, strengths and personal motivation. All my work is informed by evidence-based research and I adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

My Background
I have worked for many years within Higher Education, gaining experience through a range of senior university management and quality assurance roles. Alongside this, I have established a successful editing and mentoring business, working with clients across academia, large corporates, small businesses, and non-profit organisations.
Growing up in different countries instilled a strong sense of curiosity from a very early age. The opportunity to experience different continents and cultures has enabled me to learn first-hand the values of open-mindedness, flexibility, and non-judgment, gaining appreciation of both the differences and striking similarities between us all.
My coaching and mentoring work naturally complements and extends all my previous experience and understanding of the diverse challenges people face in learning, leadership, and change. I enjoy offering a range of professional and personal coaching and mentoring services with a strong focus on supporting positive personal or professional change.
In supervision, I create reflective spaces for professional coaches to examine their practice, explore professional and ethical dilemmas, and sustain effectiveness and wellbeing in their work with their own coaching clients.
