It is also important that the coach-client relationship is a good fit. Booking & Cancellation
All sessions/packages are paid in advance and confirmation of bookings will be sent via email with an electronic payment invoice receipt.
48 hours cancellation notice is required in order to reschedule any single session without charge.

The coaching relationship is confidential, built on trust and mutual understanding. All communication, including pre-session contact, coaching sessions, and follow up emails are held in the strictest confidence at all times (unless otherwise agreed). Data is stored in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

I hold professional liability insurance and participate in regular co-coaching sessions, coach supervision and reflective practice to ensure my own ongoing professional development.
